Call for applications Unite! MATE Winter School, Wroclaw 2026

We invite students from the Unite! alliance to apply for the Unite! MATE Winter School “Robotization and automation of manufacturing processes” taking place in Wroclaw, Poland.
The training will allow you to develop your competences in:
- understanding modern manufacturing and automation processes,
- programming and operating industrial robots,
- integrating key components of automated and Industry 4.0 systems,
- analysing and optimising automated production processes,
- applying digital communication and control technologies,
- developing teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
The Winter School is held in English and combines theoretical knowledge with practical laboratory activities. English proficiency is required for participation.

For whom?
Students and PhD students of mechanical engineering, machine building, materials engineering, power engineering, production engineering, robotics, automation, mechatronics, electronics and related fields from universities within the Unite! network.

Costs and financial support
Participation in the Winter School is free of charge. Participants arrange their travel and accommodation independently (including booking tickets, accommodation and covering any upfront costs).
Participants will receive a lump-sum reimbursement for travel, subsistence and accommodation expenses only on the condition of full participation in the Winter School.
